Beginners Strength Training I

  • Never worked out in your life? Here at my gym I combine free weights with compound movements such as squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Ruck Strength Training/Obstacle Course

  • This class includes going on rucks, and also, in between rucks, we will conduct obstacle courses. Time to get RUGGED!

Intermediate Strength Training II
